Customer Advisor - Zegna Store, Copenhagen

Zegna is internationally recognized as a leading global luxury menswear brand. Now Zegna open their first stor i Denmark - and we are building a dedicated store team. Which is why we’re looking for Customer Advisors to contribute to the proud legacy and help shape the vibrant future of the company.

Purpose of the role:
As a Zegna Store Customer Advisor, you bring the human touch to the luxury experience. You are Zegna's ambassador, sharing both the rich heritage and collections, providing a service that is as personal as it is exceptional, and shaping their perception of the brand - ensuring the ongoing growth and legacy.
You’ll learn the stories behind the Zegna brand, products and craftsmanship, use these to authentically engage with customers as you share our offering and build ongoing relationships with them to make them feel a valued part of the Zegna world.

• You and your colleagues are accountable for achieving sales targets for your store, executing the plans provided by your store manager, as well as using your own initiative to suggest alternative strategies. 
• You will welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent in-store experience at all times. 
• You maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging also on CRM and digital tools. 
• To achieve this, you’ll be involved in visual merchandising, packaging, stock room management, inventory, cashiering and reporting
